DR. DAVID BROWN BVSC (HONS1) BSC
David spent the first 10 years of his professional life as a pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force. After serving on humanitarian missions in Australia, New Guinea and on active service with Australia and the United Nations in East Timor, David decided to spend more time with his young family and pursue his other passion of veterinary care. Since graduating top of his class from the University of Queensland in 2006, David has spent his time working in small animal practices, assisting in veterinary specialist centres and operating a mobile veterinary business before opening Warners Bay Vet. David maintains regular contact with veterinary colleagues and referral specialists around Australia and has a keen interest in small animal surgery.
RAYLEE HARVEY - VET NURSE
Raylee is one of our Certificate 4 Veterinary Nurses. Growing up in country New South Wales surrounded by farm animals Raylee knew from a young age she was destined to work with pets. After finishing her TAFE studies and relocating to Newcastle, Raylee joined the team at Warners Bay Vet. In her spare time Raylee enjoys water sports and spending time with Lucy her Border Collie.
